Virtual sessions are analysis sessions — film yourself whenever it suits you, send the footage ahead of time, then John studies it and runs you through a full breakdown live on the call. You're booked and paid instantly: pick a time and you're locked in. In-person sessions are enquiry-based, since timing and location are coordinated with John directly.
